Yo, this spot was clean and cozy, perfect for catching some Zs after exploring Madrid. Staff was super friendly, always smilin’ and ready to help. Pretty close to a metro, too. Only thing? My room was a little snug—no wardrobe, just a rack to hang stuff. No biggie though, I was out the door most days anyway.

I found some challenges during my stay. The breakfast options were disappointing, especially the cooked items which were often cold. Additionally, the WiFi was only free in the reception area, and I expected it to be complimentary in the room as well. Furthermore, the hotel is somewhat isolated from public transportation, making it a bit inconvenient for exploring the city.

The staff were fantastic with my kids, especially Angel at reception. The breakfast had a great variety for a fair price, and the cleanliness of the hotel enhanced our stay. Easy access to the metro made exploring the city a breeze.
In my wife’s opinion, a hand-held shower would have been better for the little ones.
